The price you pay for a litter box also has to cross your mind. I have, of course, mentioned that automatic litter boxes could be a viable option for you and your cat, but there’s no point if you simply can’t afford it. Cats will, after all, do the toilet anyway and even if you don’t want to splash the cash they should be fine with it. Don’t be rash- set a budget before you start looking and try not to go over it while you’re shopping. Try to find the best quality litter box for the most competitive price.
Try and look for a litter box that looks nice as well. Everyone knows what goes on inside a litter box, but the least you can do is try to find one that looks nice. They do sit around your home after all, and if they look ugly it might just take away from the aesthetics of your house.
